THE BASICS OF LEADERSHIP for “Movers & Shakers”

Objective:

To introduce the concept of “Leadership” and “The Makings of a Leader” to the “Movers & Shakers” at corporate organizations. Leadership has become a critical component in employee development and in creating a knowledge-based workforce. Hence companies are faced with the challenge of knowing when to develop their employees into leaders. Leadership begins at home and continues at the workplace. ‘’Leaders are born is the age old thinking. Today’s Leaders are created …… at the workplace!

This one-day workshop instills in the Executives and Junior Managers the fact that they too can become the future Leaders of their organization, that they too possess leadership skills they were not aware of, and that they too have the potential of becoming a leader.
