CORPORATE TRAINING PROGRAMS

EFFECTIVE LISTENING SKILLS

Objective:

Quite simply, most people are not good at listening. They take in only a fraction of what is being communicated to them. Effective Listening has become an integral part of management and is now being taught as a module in Management Schools and Corporate Organizations.

The objective of this one-day programme is to impart effective listening skills to the participants to help them become better managers, decision-makers, problem solvers and team players. This in turn helps them understand their stakeholders better and competitively serve the needs of their stakeholders. Effective Listening is not simply ‘Hearing’ but more so of displaying empathy, understanding and accepting the other person’s message.
