Objective:
The ETD Programme is a training programme specially designed to upgrade the skills and competencies of managers to perform at a “higher” level. It focuses on enhancing the performance and productivity of managers by ‘sharpening’ their skills and enhancing their individual competencies.
The programme is designed to transform managers to "think and act" like MBAs. Whilst an MBA Programme would encompass 12 to 16 modules over a period of 18 to 24 months, the ETD programmme has been crystallized to encompass 15 modules spanning over a period of 9 months.

The ETD programme is considered a “Mini MBA” where it changes the ‘thought process’ and ‘mindset’ of managers. It invokes managers to act in a particular way based on the numerous models, theories and concepts that are taught coupled with sound industrial practice.
It can be considered as a Mini “In-House” MBA where customized industry-specific case studies are discussed and mini dissertations focus on issues and problems within the various departments of the corporate organization.
Trainers provide tools, concepts and models that can enhance implementation of strategic initiatives within the organization.
Managers will be empowered to think and act strategically and play an important role in decision-making and problem-solving.
A Personal Assessment of each manager based on evaluation criteria set by CB Consultancy will be given to the organization at the end of the ETD programme
