Dr. Malar is excellent at transforming theories into simple understanding. Her sessions are conducted with great enthusiasm and high knowledge which keeps you interested and focused all the time. The examples given during sessions are up-to-date and class discussions are used as a tool to cover all angels and aspects of the topic.  Dr. Muruga’s dynamic and interactive sessions make you apply Dr. Malar’s concepts into your everyday work life – very practical and something we all need. Most of the time, we attend seminars but forget or do not know how to apply once we return to the office. Dr. Muruga ‘drills’ application into us and uses his critical feedback to highlight our strengths and weaknesses.

Attending their 10 Tools session was an exciting and informative one for me. There was never a dull moment. Most of the other seminars organized by my company put us to sleep especially after lunch. But Dr. Malar and Dr. Muruga’s sessions kept us on our toes all day. The delivery was very inspirational and drove the message so explicitly. Personally, I think all Senior Managers should attend this seminar.

The Trainers deliver the message and make you understand the topic in a simple way by giving you realistic examples of organizations. They help you think broadly. They make the sessions very interesting by involving each and every individual and allowing them to speak spontaneously. The music motivation and games add a lot of excitement and activity to the workshop. There is never a dull moment. They make you become aware of your capability and develop your self-confidence through short presentations. They have good communication skills and are very well-planned and organized in their delivery. I love the way they each present different modules in different styles. This gives the audience  variety and difference. They are a great pair who are an asset to corporate organizations because they have the capability and caliber of training professionally and effectively.

I loved the music, I loved the games and I loved the application of management concepts. All seminars should be handled the way these two trainers did –dynamic, interactive, participative style with so much fun.

The 10 Tools session was very effective because of the way the session was conducted, very much personal and interactive. I personally am fond of their interchangeable style in putting forward ideas, knowledge and experiences. I admire the way they put across their concepts to make us comprehend and how they will try to simplify the complicated tool, as well as making us assimilate their concepts and tools before we leave the session.

Dr. Muruga and Dr. Malar’s method is lively with lots of examples. That was very valuable because it helped me relate to my work in the workplace. It helped me understand the subject better. Their ‘fun’ group sessions and presentations helped us understand the topic better.

I was thoroughly impressed with both the trainers not just with their knowledge and understanding of the modules but their wonderful ability to interact with all participants. Dr. Malar made the subject extremely interesting with her  creative teaching methods. There was never a dull moment with Ms. Malar in session! One other excellent quality that endeared her to us  was her willingness to go that extra mile for us whenever we faced a problem in dealing with the topic. This and her other qualities set her apart par excellence. Dr. Muruga with his behavioural change expertise made us see our behaviour at the workplace that we were not aware of. He highlighted our strengths and weaknesses through his exhilarating and fun sessions. With Dr. Muruga around, its impossible to shut eye or dream off even for a moment.

Dr. A.S.Malar is a very presentable lady and is a very respectable and dedicated trainer. She has a very vast knowledge in the subject she teaches and has a very effective, simple and easy to understand approach of delivery. The best thing about Dr. A. S. Malar is the space that she opens up to allow participants to participate actively in her workshop which is conducted in two way communication that enables us to throw our ideas and opinions. Thus making it more interesting and lively. Dr. Muruga draws us into participating and helps us apply the principles in our daily work life. The games he makes us play is an eye-opener and he makes us become aware of our behaviour which shocked me at times.
