She pioneered the inaugural issue of the International Journal of Management and Entrepreneurship (IJME) in Malaysia .
She was a Consultant Trainer with the United Nations in Sri Lanka , involved in setting up an Entrepreneurship Development Institute and spearheading women entrepreneurship training in rural Sri Lanka .
